Emotional Liberation - Our Mission

Imagine that whenever you feel bad, you could always know why and, more importantly, what you need to do to feel better. You’d never be stuck in anxiety, depression, or dysfunction. You would handle any new crisis and recover from upsets quickly.

I have spent the last forty years studying, practicing and teaching self-awareness using meditative practices combined with modern psychology. The prevailing view of emotions by meditative practices has been that they are a weakness and personal failing and a medical disorder to be treated and cured by modern psychology; in both instances, emotions are seen as something to overcome. In my personal life and professional experience as a yoga therapist, neither approach works. You will find, as I have, the precious value of your feelings.
