Great explanations and instructions. I had to do some healing work, and opened the chapter that approached it best and went straight at it. You don't have to read it chapter by chapter, but the introduction at the beginning is very helpful and shouldn't be missed.
For every chapter, GuruMeher explains why we feel a certain way and what to do about it. He gives lots of exercises that help you deal with that emotion. Basically, he's saying that emotions are our teachers and good to be felt. They makes us sensitive to the actual problem so that we then can figure things out. I'm feeling so much better having worked with the chapter "grief" and I'm excited to go through the other chapters, as well.
