For Fewer Irritations, Remove Your Tolerations

Tolerance is the ability to accept, withstand, and forgive the things that could harm you. Tolerations are things that irritate, bother, hurt, or wear you down and that you put up with unnecessarily.

Join me for 17 minutes in the video below to identify and eliminate some things that bother you, but you have learned to live with. These stressors may be small or large but collectively and over time have heavy consequences to your health and happiness. They have become normalized, either invisible to you or assumed to be unchangeable. I'll give you some nice breathwork to bring clarity to your process, and ask you to find a new way to better deal with - and eliminate - those pesky tolerations.
